Excuse my ignorance

Is there a valid medical reason to have armpit fat removed? I haven't really noticed if she has cumbersome armpits*. She is someone who has never had a lot of money so I can't imagine that it is a cosmetic procedure. If you were a person who has scrimped and saved for liposuction, why would the armpits be the priority? Why do I feel like I'm missing something here? Armpit liposuction: I don't think anything will surprise me anymore.**

*That could be a condition, right?
** Totally should be a T-shirt

No one you know. It is a friend I met in elementary school.

fat, I am not so sure about... but I do know that lymph nodes are removed from the armpits for breast cancer... maybe it's precautionary?? (this is me giving the benefit of the doubt, because removing armpit fat for cosmetic reasons just seems INSANE to me...) but way to give me something to think upon! :)

No, she was having fat removed from her armpits. As she put it "I am having fat removed to normal people sized". Dude, I'm going to look at people's armpits all the time now.
