The Old Man is Snoring

I woke up this morning in Regina to a newscaster saying: "Don't complain about the amount of rain we got yesterday. Just be glad you don't live in Southeast Saskatoon." Just wait a minute, I live in southeast Saskatoon. There has been flooding and sewer back ups in our area. I called Ang but she said our place was ok. Environment Canada recorded over 70mm of rain in my part of the city.
